is a convention center located on Isla Grande (recently named the "Convention Center District"), in San Juan, Puerto Rico owned by the Puerto Rico Convention District Authority, an agency of the Government of Puerto Rico, and is Managed by SMG. Designed by Tvsdesign, it is the largest convention center in the Caribbean and one of the most technologically advanced in the Americas. The convention center includes a 152,000 sq ft (14,100 m²) Exhibit Hall that seats 16,965 people and a 39,500 sq ft (3,670 m²) Ballroom that seats 4,158 people.
